Object of research - young pigs, which are sick on bronchopneumonia. Aim of research - to learn the state of connective tissue's biopolymers and lipid's exchange in clinically healthy and sick on bronchopneumonia young pigs and to prove their informativity in complex biochemical assessment of treatment effectiveness. Methods of research - clinical; biochemical (determination in blood serum glycoproteins, general chondroitinsulfates, fractions of glycosaminoglycans, cholesterol, triglycerides, fractions of lipoproteins, general protein and it fractions, activity of alanin- and aspartat-aminotransferases, acid and alkaline phosphatases, haptoglobin, sialic acids, C-reactive protein, electrolytes - potassium, sodium, calcium general, notionized and ionized; in urine - calcium, phosphorus, oxyproline, uronic acids); methods of statistic analysis. Science novelty is based in the first time conducted age dynamics of connective tissue's biopolymers (glycoproteins, sialic acids, general chondroitinsulfates, general glycosaminoglycans and their fractions) in serum blood and urine (oxyproline, uronic acids) in clinically healthy young pigs, lipid's exchange indexes (cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density, low-density and very low-density lipoproteins, beta-lipoproteins, atherogenic factor), general protein and if fractions, A/G and A/(alfa1+alfa2) factors, haptoglobin, activity of alanin- and aspartat-aminotransferases, acid and alkaline phosphatases, potassium, sodium, calcium ionized, notionized and general, and also levels of the oxyproline and uronic acids excretion with urine. The changes of connective tissue' biopolymers state and lipid's exchange indexes in blood serum and in urine at bronchopneumonia in pigs were set for the first time. The conducted results are a basis to develop the biochemical criterions complex for assessment of treatment effectivity in pigs with lung pathology. Was applied: the results of dissertation are in use at educational process and scientific work of Kharkov state zooveterinary academy, Bila Tserkva and Lugansk national agrarian universities, Poltava state agrarian academy. The materials of dissertation are instilled in Dovgik farm practice of Kharkov region's Zolochev area. Branch of using: veterinary medicine.
