Object - inguinal hernia for children; purpose - is an increase of efficiency of surgical treatment of children with inguinal hernia due to the removal of intermittent trauma elements of seminal rope by treatment of neck of hernia sack by the modified internal purse-string sutures; methods – clinical, experimental, dynamic supervision, anthropometric, pathomorphologycal, instrumental, laboratory, statistical; results – the dynamics of morphological changes is first exposed in the elements of seminal rope for children with inguinal hernia depending on the terms of hernia-carrier; in an experiment on rats-males the method of surgical treatment of inguinal hernia is developed by treatment of neck of hernia sack by the modified internal purse-string sutures; in an experiment comparison of herniotomys is conducted on a method Duhamel and by the offered method of correction of inguinal hernia; the method of herniotomy is first inculcated in clinical practice for children by treatment of neck of hernia sack by the modified internal purse-string sutures; clinical efficiency of the offered method is appraised; branch – medicine.
