In dissertation the process of forming of critical thought is investigational for future economists by facilities of interactive technologies of studies, the basic features of process of forming of critical thought are analysed for future economists during professional preparation, essence is exposed, a component structure and descriptions of critical thought of economist is determinated criteria and levels are formulated, in theory grounded and the pedagogical terms of forming of critical thought are approved for future economists during professional preparation.
