Essay

The scientific task of developing the models and methods of grounding regional projects portfolios in improving vital activity safety of Ukrainian regions is solved in this dissertation paper. Methods and algorithm of regional projects portfolios formation of improvement of vital activity safety are developed. The structure of regional projects portfolios in improving of vital activity safety of Lviv region is substantiated and the topological analysis of one of his constituents - educational projects of the informative providing of man in the system of vital activity safety, - is carried out.
