The dissertation is devoted to the process of socializing under age children in penitentiary institutions. The condition of working up of the socializing under age infringers in the social pedagogical theory and practice were analyzed in the process of the study. Specify of the environment and socialized process in penitentiary institutions for under age children were study. On the base of theoretical and investigate experimental study of the problem the model of socializing under age children in penitentiary institutions worked out. The Phases and the main strategically ways in social pedagogical activity in the conditions of penitentiary institutions and the position and the role of social pedagogue in organization of social pedagogical support under age children in penitentiary institutions were determined
