In the dissertation economical and psychological scientific research devoted to entrepreneurship matter has been systematized. Entrepreneurship is considered as system of psychological tasks. The basic task of entrepreneurship is considered the task of search and executing the entrepreneurship idea. Trait and abilities as base of entrepreneurial success proved to be unjustified. Motivational force of self-esteem in entrepreneurial activity is considered. Proved that successful entrepreneurial activity depends on strategy of obtaining information needed for self-esteem managing. Proved that strategy of obtaining information needed for self-esteem management is correlates with achievement motivation. Achievement motivation and environmental influence on achievement motivation of children aged 9 - 11 years have been tested.
