The thesis is devoted the scienticfic and practical ground of methodical approaches and practical recommendations to determination of development and realization directions of pharmacy modern strategy. The features of strategic planning stages using by the heads of pharmacies have been determined. The directions of forming of strategic aims and indexes of efficiency of BSS constituents in pharmacy enterprises have been grounded. The stages forming analysis of BSS constituent "Training and development" have been conducted. The system of pharmacists labour stimulation has been developed. Strategic directions of business processes and client constituent of BSS perfection have been determined. Efficiency of BSS using as an instrument of strategic management realization of pharmacy enterprises has been grounded
