The thesis represents a complex research of the USSR and Ukrainian SSR party-state leadership politics about East Galichina in the period between the two World Wars (1921-1939). By reference the archived material J, that time press, historiography sources, memoir literature the integral picture of East Galichina politic-legal situation in the period after the World War I is r produced; ideological fundaments and basic trusts and methods of Soviet politics about political, public, cultural, educational and scientific spheres of East Galichina society's vitual activity are analyzed; the level of Soviet ideology influence o: the West Ukrainian parties activity, public associations, scientific, cultural and art organizations is found out; the Soviet power evolution of different social circles of East Galichina in the interbellum period is observed.
