The author of the dissertation analyzes ethnical, social land cultural development of the village of Komarnyky in XVth-ХХth centuries. The dissertation covers the history of settlements that had been built on the territory of Komarnyky before XVth century. The author proved that this village had been founded in the time of Galician-Volnynian Principality; he also characterized the population and events that influenced its development he showed the reasons of changes in national structure of the villages population; in resident's material state and in the development of material state and in the development of their cultural and educational development.
