Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development process of lecturer professional competence of the III-IV level accreditation of higher agricultural educational institutions. Scientific essence, content and structure of lecture professional competence have been revealed for the first time. Dominant, organizational and pedagogical conditions of lecture professional competence development have been substantiated. The model of the system has been elaborated by three steps: 1) lecturers qualification increase at the institute of advanced training; 2) lecturers qualification increase by methodical activity of higher agricultural institution; 3) lecturer individual self - education work of the higher agricultural institution. Criteria, markers and level of professional competence have been determined in this manuscript. The effectiveness of methods of system realization of organizational and pedagogical conditions of lecturer professional competence development of higher agricultural educational institutions has been proved.
