A research object is negotiations as the phenomenon of social interaction. The article of research is representation of negotiations in the verbal means of social communication. Methodological basis of research is the methods: formal-logical, structure-functional, axiological, comparative methods of approach, systematical, interdisciplined approaches, the conceptual positions of social philosophy, conclusions of philosophical anthropology, phenomenology, hermenology, personology. Scientific novelty of dissertation research: - it is shown theoretical and practical problems of negotiations essence as the kind of social interaction and joint spiritual and practical activity of individuals of society, state and perspectives of improving negotiations process in modern conditions of the civilized transformations; - it is realized the system-context analysis of negotiations as the means of verbal intercourse; - it is worked out the theoretical model of negotiations on the base of which it is discovered their social parameters; - it is improved reinterpretation of philosophical history thought determination of the socio-philosophical approach to the negotiations research as the social phenomenon and determination of their main parameters; - it is defined the role of a personality influence in the negotiations process; - it is developed the system and matter of moral-ethical imperatives and etiquette direction in the regulative procedure of negotiations.
