Bilorus A. Pedagogical conditions of development informational culture of future borderguards

The dissertation is dedicated to an important issue – raising the level of bordeguards professionalism by developing their informational culture. It has been proved that the process of development informational culture of future borderguards is positively influenced by complex of the following pedagogical conditions: utilization of modern information technologies by bodies and units of state border guard service; creation of information technological society at higher military educational institutions; implementation of a special course „Bases of borderguards informational culture” into the teaching process of the National Academy of State Border Service; improvement in evaluating the level of cadets informational culture. The components of this process (technical, operational, program, hygienic ergonomic, educational, methodological) and the criteria (efficiency and flexibility) have been defined.
