Grubich P. The investigation of the diagnostic facilities of the serological monitoring of rinopneumonia of horses in Ukraine.

For the first time in Ukraine there was developed "A set of diagnostics of rinopneumonia of horses on the ground of mechanism of the neutralization reaction" (TU U 24.4-05510830-078:2006).By means of the set of blood serum, it is possible to find out virus neutralized antibodies of the virus of rinopneumonia of horses. There was investigated the sensitivity of overvaccinate cultures of cells such as: PKE, BHK-21 and Vero to strain of the virus of rinopneumonia of horses EHV (W), EQ Herpes 040 EDV 9601 and Ul. There were also developed the schemes of immunization and there was received a high-avid diagnostic serum of blood of laboratory animals. The antigenic affinity of strains of the virus of rinopneumonia of horses EHV (W), EQ Herpes 040 EDV 9601 and Ul was installed with the help of a micro method of neutralization in over vaccinate culture of Vero cells. The serological monitoring of rinopneumonia of horses by means of development set of diagnostics was led in 12 of areas of Ukraine. The results of researches testify to presence of 9 % of investigated horses virus neutralizing antibodies of rinopneumonia virus of horses.
