Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of blood capillaries of the cortex of the frontal lobes of the cerebral hemispheres in normal conditions and under the effect of different doses (500 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg) of methyl tertiary butyl ether. Established that under the influence of different doses of methyl tertiary butyl ether developing endothelial swelling, and perycytes and paravasal astrocytes, there are signs permeation of the plasma, expression changes of rheological properties of blood (sludge syndrome). At the ultrastructural level, the main manifestations are permeation of erythrocytes, disappearance of the endothelial vascular wall. First described that ultrastructural changes in nerve cells of the brain cortex hemispheres in violations interneuronal relations (degenerative changes in axons, dendrites and synapses).
