Essay

Object: a state police, military colonists, Border Corps. Methods: problem chronologic, comparative, structurally systematic, analytical. Results: the new archived documents and materials of central and regional archives of Ukraine are included; The systematic character of the anti-Ukrainian policy of the Polish authority is revealed. It is proved that the regional government, local self-governing bodies, the military, Catholic priests widely used both open and indirect forms of influence on the consciousness of the Volyn people to cultivate loyalty to the state. Special attention was paid to the Border Corps in the Polish colonization. Use: at preparation of scientific labours from history of Ukraine, during the study of the special courses students from the newest history; in regional work of archives, museums, libraries
