The dissertation work is devoted to the development of scenario approach models in innovation project scope management. The model of innovation project scope management based on scenario approach and methods of decision-making support is developed. This model takes in consideration all the basic types of logical entrances and outputs of scenario vertexes and displays the randomness contents in innovation projects scope. Axioms, representing construction logic of scenario models at the project management on the stage of scope determination is offered. This approach enables displacing and scope scenario simplification in the project management.
