Essay

The historical and pedagogical analysis of educational process in Ukraine (the end of the 20th - the beginning of the 21st cent.) as the problem of senior pupils' educational activity value orientations is carried out in this work. The terminology category system is analysed, the dynamics of senior pupils' educational activity value orientations in the native pedagogic theory and practice is defined. The division into periods of senior pupils' educational activity value orientations development according to social, political and pedagogic conditions is set and grounded. The basic system-forming components of the axiological-directed educational process model are revealed. In the course of this research the methodological manual "The Ability to Studying through the Prism of Value Orientations of Educative Activity of Seniors" is prepared.
