Kramar O. The International connections of public associations of Ukraine (the 20th - the beginning of the 30th of the ХХ century)

In the dissertation the international aspects of activity of public associations of Ukraine in the 20th - at the beginning of the 30th of the ХХ century are described. Being based on the conceptual achievements of the newest historiography of the problem and using the wide circle of the various sources a purpose, forms, methods and basic problems of realization of external contacts of public organizations are found out. The features of the international activity of the Ukrainian cooperation, Red Cross, Allukrainian society of cultural connection with foreign countries (АUSCC), Central bureau of proletarian students of Ukrainian advice of trade unions (CB of Proletstud), local cells of Union of Esperantists of soviet countries (UESC), sporting societies, in the conditions of becoming of the totalitarian communist party mode have been analyzed. Historical experience of bringing the public associations to the organization of socio-economic immigration to soviet Ukraine and the maintenance of political emigration from foreign, mainly nearby, countries have been critically analyzed.
