In dissertation research the complex analysis of plans of the foreign states is carried out in relation to Ukraine for years Second World War 1939-1945. By an author certain reasons of actualization of the Ukrainian question in Europe in eve Second World War. Certain directions of strategic plans of Germany, Romania, Hungary and tools of their realization. Of dissertation research the place of Ukrainian lands is analyzed in a geopolitical situation that was folded in Europe the day before and during Second World War, feature of policy in a West- Ukrainian region.
