Object - professional preparation of future teachers in the process of education at higher educational institution. Purpose - theoretically ground and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of future teachers' pedagogical facilitation formation in the process of education at higher educational institution. Theoretical results and novelty - at first the pedagogical conditions aimed at formation of pedagogical facilitation of future teachers in the process of education at higher educational institution have been defined and theoretically grounded; the essence and structure of pedagogical facilitation formation have been revealed; the peculiarity of professional activity of a teacher as a facilitator has been specified; the criteria of evaluating and indices have been determined; the levels of future teachers' pedagogical facilitation formation have been characterized. Practical results of research: the methodology of diagnosis of the levels of future teachers' pedagogical facilitation formation has been worked out; the ways and means of future teachers' pedagogical facilitation formation have been worked out. Object and degree of introduction: a special course of study "Pedagogical facilitation formation of future teachers" has been developed. Efficiency of introduction is high.
