Monography is devoted to actual problem realizing, concerning increasing reliability, operation,efficiency technical maintenance and repair, as well as technical indexes and specialized vehicles innovation ( S V ) Unique specialized vehicles are regarded as specialized ones, especially of defence and satellite advancing. Having used logistics, controlling principles, at the early stage of life-living cycle of producing and manufacturing, the further tasks are advanced. Life-living cycle system analysis is provided as well as quality and reliability ensuring of their operation made possible the ways of further investigations. Quality and operational reliability basis are provided in life-living cycle of S.V., as well as its realization method.
