The theoretically methodological and conceptual bases of forming and territorial organization development of the Ukrainian securities market are investigated. The features, laws, principles, factors and conditions of the securities markets are revealed in view of interrelation with regional economies.The proposals for the improvement of securities market and its territorial organization for the strengthening of the state impact on process of securities market formation and functioning are worked out.
