The dissertation focuses on the study of the essence and contents of the Bar activity organizational forms. The contents of the Bar organizational forms are reviewed via advocatory formations activity, and social advocatory unions. A wide range of international legal acts is analyzed. Problems concerning free legal aid are reviewed. The Bar is viewed as the major institution for providing legal assistance considering international standards of advocacy. The contents of the Bar organizational forms are reviewed via advocatory formations activity, advocatory self-governmental bodies and social advocatory unions. Changes and additions to current legislation are proposed.
