Essay

The dissertation researches the criterions of Internet resources identification as those which belongs to the mass media system. The method of complex evaluation is proposed for the Internet media determination and differentiation of web sites, which form Ukrainian segment of the Internet media market. The approximate dimensions and stricture of the branch, some new facts concerning the history and development of the Ukrainian Internet editions are revealed. The peculiarities of the Ukrainian Internet editions development are formulated and systematized.
