Essay

Investigation of 150 urban and rural children of 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 years and 18-19 years is carried out. Mean content of zinc in hair of urban schoolchildren and students was deficiency or on low level of norm, in rural children was in the frames of norm. By correlative Spearman's analysis is revealed that zinc at low content in organism promotes drop in summary bioelectrical activity of the brain, about what the negative correlations with the spectral power of all rhythmic diapasons are evidence. They were presented in maximum degree in yanger groups, to a lesser extent in middle group and absent in students. Correlations between the components of evoked and the event related potencials and concentration of zinc in hair were presented at most in 10-11 and 18-19 groups. Immune status is characterised by deficiency of T- and В-cellular chains in groups of 12-13 and 14-15 years, more expressed in urban than rural children. But immunotropic action of zinc in concentration at lower than norm or at low level of norm in developing organism is not revealed.
