Essay

The research in physical education sciences is devoted to the measure of power and endurance that Olympic canoeist will utilize during the training, taking into account the transfer of design and energy from nonspecific to specific work in a boat. There are three stages that comprise the formation of power endurance in canoe that take into account the phenomenon of transfer of motive quality from nonspecific to specific work on water. The first stage is forming power possibilities of canoeist in the development of potential energy. The second stage is development of power endurance taking into account the requirements of the special endurance of canoeist. The third stage is development of power endurance taking into account special purpose settings of process of perfection of the special endurance in canoe rowing. On the basis of the conducted analysis the program was developed which passed approbation and was recommended for the real-life application in practice for skilled canoeist. The programs includes three shock and three restoration micro-cycle were implemented. Planning of shock micro-cycles is based on the change of volumes, exercises, gradual increase of depth of influence and special purpose orientation of loading in studies. Principles of planning in shock micro-cycles were used for complex training orientation with the successive decision of tasks - 1 micro-cycle; training with different means - 2 micro-cycle; training with the parallel decision of tasks - 3 micro-cycle.
