Sych O. Social, cultural and pedagogical activity of M.P.Dragomanov

In this thesis the author gave a complete estimation M.P.Dragomanov's public, cultural and teaching activity, it was made on the basis of many literature sources and books. Also in the work the main stages of M.P.Dragomanov's life are analysed. The establishment and development of his views are given in the context of development of his historical period. The author revealed the main aspects that influenced the formation of the scientist's national points of view and his public position. M.P.Dragomanov worked for the newspapers "Osnova" and Kyivska Gromada. In this thesis his work is analised. The author studied the scientist's role and position in public and cultural life of emigration. Great attention is paid to the theoretical and practical ground of the educational organization "national school" in M.P.Dragomanov's works.
