Galushko O. Chernihiv Regiment of the second part of XVII-XVIII centuries

In candidate's thesis, on the ground of scientific literature, a wide range of archive documents, and equipped number of written, published historiographycal sources, a great number of which is for the first time introduced to science circulation, a complex investigation of studying the history of Chernihiv Regiment as the constituent part of Ukrainian Cossack State of the second part of XVII-XVIII centuries is realized. In the research paper the size and social staff of the population in Chernihiv Regiment and the peculiarities of its economical development are presented and analyzed. It is proved, as well, that the administrative system of Chernihiv Regiment as the constituent part of Ukrainian Cossack State was identical other regiments of Getmanshcina.
