Garkavtseva O. Development of composition and technology of ointment "Dermalik" for treatment dermatological diseases

Propositions for adding general national article of State Ukraine Pharmacopoeia 5.N.1 "Extemporaneous drugs" according ointment's preparing in chemist's shops have been developed. Based on technological, physical, chemical, pharmacological and microbiological researches firstly theoretically and experimentally have been grounded composition and rational extemporaneous and manufactural technology of ointment under conditional name "Dermalik" (patent of Ukraine № 43597 "Medicinal preparation in ointment form for treatment of atopic dermatitis"). Technological instruction for ointment's preparing in chemist's shops and project of technological regulation have been developed. The methods of qualitative and quantitative determination of active matters in preparation have been developed.
