Petrenko V. Organizational and law researches for medical correction of the nicotine toxicomany

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific grounding of organization and law principles for medical correction of nicotine toxicomany within the limits of pharmaceutical legisletion, proving pharmacy and forensic pharmacy. Complex organization and law research of prevalence of nicotine dependence among the workers of pharmaceutical and medical establishments, supervisory and law-enforcement bodies, students and patients with polynarco-toxicomanies was conducted for the first time. On the principles of forensic pharmacy the judicial and pharmaceutical analysis of offences, that are linked with narcotic drugs addiction was made. On the principles of proving pharmacy search algorithm for medical correction based on known medicines for illnesses, that come after nicotine abusing on the F17 section of International classification of illnesses of the 10th revision was proposed. Rational composition of medications (piracetam + ketorolac + inosine + sodium chloride) as basis of composition of new medicine for treatment of nicotine dependence, that it is confirmed by the patent of Ukraine was proposed. The organization and law measures for counteraction of nicotine toxicomany's wide-spreading among the population of Ukraine by the improvement of pharmaceutical legislation was developed.
