Essay

The object - the process of training of students in higher educational institutions; the aim- to identify the impact of developed and scientifically proved technology of forming the teachers' readiness to teaching improvisation at the effectiveness of professional-pedagogical training, methods - theoretical, empirical, statistics; the novelty - the issue of readiness of students - future teachers for teaching improvisation in the process of professional training has been investigated for the first time; the definition of "teaching improvisation" has been defined as a quick, flexible and adequate response to the newly created situation or that spontaneously suddenly emerged in educational activities, and requires instant reaction; its types have been defined (classical improvisation, improvisation with home workpiece and a mixed type one) and its structure (pedagogical inspiration, immediate comprehension of ideas, making the choice of means of its implementation, public implimintaion of the idea, making predictions about the results of embodiment of the pedagogical improvisation); the technology of forming of readiness of teachers to improvisation has been proved, which presupposes the implementation of such phases: motivational-target (formation of a stable positive motivation of students to teaching improvisation), contextualy-processing procedure (selection of the necessary knowledge and skills for improvisation), evaluation-reflexive (assessment, self-evaluation and self-correction of the future teachers training to improvisation); the results are in developing of the technology of readiness of teachers to teaching improvisation in the process of their professional training and of the special course "Teacher-improvisator" for students of higher educational institutions
