An object is the process of improving school teacher's professional skills; the aim - is to define how introducing theoretically based pedagogical circumstances influence on the level of school teacher's professional grow up; methods - theoretical, empirical, mathematical statistics; novelty - the first theoretically based and experimentally proven pedagogical conditions of formation of professional teacher's position (the optimization of pedagogical managing process of forming teacher's professional position and organization of self-improvement) based on complex-aimed program developed by author, the realization of which assumes such levels as informative- analytical, planned - prognostic, organizational profound, regulatory-corrective. Has being defined the structure of teacher's professional position as total combination of such components: motivational-valuable, cognitive-active, reflective; results - ; there were developed scientific - methodical materials for pedagogues and school directors, pedagogical employees of continuous education of teachers organization in increasing of their qualification and retraining
