The dissertation is dedicated to uncovering and social-philosophic analyzing of relevant globalization's contradictions in the sphere of national culture. Further development in dissertation had a comprehension of meaning and character of transformations that make an influence upon such major institutions of national culture as religion, education and art. Thus in thesis there was determined the role of globalization in process of social and cultural transformation of modern society. Institutional contradictions of national culture's globalization were discovered.
