Gureva O. The Corn problem and crisis of graincollection in agriculture of Ukrainian SRR 1928-1933

Object of research - socio-economic politics of the Soviet and party bodies of authority in agriculture Ukrainian SRR. The purpose of research: scientific-historical substantiation of dependence of occurrence of the corn problem and crisis of graincollection in agriculture of USRR, finding-out of adequacy of the offered forms and methods of their overcoming to real risks in area of grain production. Methods: dynamic, qualifying, typological, structural-system, problem-chronological, comparative. Scientific novelty: the basic reasons of occurrence of a grain problem in agriculture of USRR at the end of 20th of XX century are investigated, dynamics of grain production by collective farms, state farms and of peasant economies, general taxes in each of sectors, socio-economic and agrotechnique aspects of grain production recession, its overcoming by realization mass collectivization and creation socialist "of factories of a grain" are shown, the features of internal consumption and export of bread in USRR are found out, the basic forms and methods of graincollection campaigns in collective farms, performance by state farms of the state plan and graincollection duty by peasant economies are opened. The practical value of the dissertation consists in an opportunity of use of research results for a spelling of scientific and methodical works on a history of peasantry, by preparation of lecture courses on a history of Ukraine, museum-memorial expositions.
