Kutik O. Panac Petrovich Lubchenko: his political activity and the evolution of world outlook

The object of research: the Lubchenko's personality as a Communist Party representative of high-ranking functionaries in conditions of social and political transformations in the Soviet Ukraine during 1920-1930th . The aim of research: to investigate the Lubchenko's life, world outlook and activity in complex as one of high-ranking functionaries representatives 1920-1930th, to define his role and place in political history of the Soviet Ukraine. The subjec of research: the Lubchenko's formation process as a Party activist, the formation of his prejudices and positions, practical contribution in development of Ukrainian state's creation in context of the Soviet society formation 23-30th years of XX century. The methods of research: biographic, the method of periodization, systematical-structural. The results of research and novelty: the formation process of P. Lubchenko as a Party member and statesman, the formation of his political convictions and positions is investigated. The stages of the personal political outlook are determined and the reasons which caused the political choice are analyzed: the deviation from the national-communism position to the bolshevism supporting position. The fate of this person is proved - the distraction inevitability of the Ukrainian high-ranking functionaries part, which identified itself on the nation base with Ukrainians, but having made its choice, in political activity used its Party's belongings. The sphere of usage: the further research of the current subject, writing of the synthesis works, manuals, reading of the high school courses on the history of Ukraine.
