Essay

The object of research: V. Ellan-Blakitnyj personality as the spokesman of social views in Ukrainian surrounding at the close of the 19th century - the first decades of 20th century, representative of Communist Party high-ranking functionaries twentieth years of 20th century. The aim of research: the system analysis of V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's political and social activity and the evolution of his world outlook in context of emancipating competitions at the beginning of 20th century. The subjec of research: V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's political and social work in context of transformation his views: the factors and stages of world outlook formation, the ways of V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's formation as Party member and statesman, his ideological and theoretical inheritance.The methods of research: comparative-historical, problematical-chronological, systematical-structural. The results of research and novelty: the activist course of life and political and social work are illuminated. The forms of V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's collaboration with Bolsheviks and their activity in defence of Ukrainian population rights are retraced. It's proved, that V. Ellan-Blakitnyj called for the Ukrainian Red Army independence, the rights for independent leadership in Ukrainian economy and strengthening of Ukrainization process. The world outlook evolution is analyzed, that caused to V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's transition to the national and communist position. V. Ellan-Blakitnyj's achievements in sphere of the Ukrainian culture development and his creative heritage are characterized. The sphere of usage: the further research of the current subject, writing of the synthesis works, manuals, reading of the high school courses on the history of Ukraine.
