Essay

The research is made on the basis of analysis of the published documents and related scientific literature. The dissertation investigates the essence, seguence and character of utilization the Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent in peace support operation in Irag. Besides, the author reveals main factors and its impact on the using the Ukrainian assets in the operation. The essence and seguence of the Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent and task performance are analyzed as well. Practical recommendations regarding exploitation of historical experience of the Ukrainian peaceeping contingent participation in peace support operation in Irag 2003-2005 are given.
