Lutsky A. Use special psychological knowledge in dealing with criminal cases in court

The subject of research is the social relations arising from the use of special psychological knowledge. The purpose of the research is theoretical developments synthesis and development of practical recommendations on the possibilities and limits the use of psychology in camera. Methods of research are general specific, scientific, juridical and psychological methods of research. Scientific novelty - unity argued the use of expert assessment in criminal proceedings and other forms of legal process (civil, administrative), the analysis of legal regulation on the application of expertise, including - psychological, criminal proceedings in Ukraine (1918-2008 yy .) investigation identified the main trends, case law on the appointment, conduct and evaluation findings special service in the courts of first instance and others. Practical importance: bringing opportunities to use various forms of special psychological knowledge in criminal proceedings. Subject and degree of implementation: results of the research are applied in: the practice of courts and in the educational process Ivano-Frankivsk Law of the University of King Danylo Galician. Efficiency of implementation: acts of implementation bear out positive assessment of application of research results. Sphere of appliance is law enforcement and educational process for improved prosecution of criminal cases.
