Rostomova L. Peculiarities of the guilt suffering by minor delinquents

The essence of the guilt suffering by minor delinquents is discovered and analyzed in the dissertation. The classification of the persons who suffer their guilt in various ways is proposed. There are summarized some points of view as for self-attitude of the delinquents and the role of mechanisms of psychological defense under guilt denial. It is determined that suffering of the guilt by minor delinquents is barely expressed and correlates with a very high unfavorable self-appraisal, extraversion, low sensitivity and empathy, with a tendency to the dominant-independent relationships, a conflict with mother, noncritical attitude towards their actions and to shift the responsibility off. Such types of principle mechanisms of psychological defense like ejection, regression and projection are dominant .Structure-functional analysis of the preventive activity has permitted to determine the qualified demands as for the officers of criminal militia in children's affairs and to propose their division into the specialists of preventive activity and operative-detective activity. We used the methods of the psychological analysis of actions, reflexive training of personal growth for comprehension of the activity of psychological defense and actualization of the constructive guilt suffering by minor delinquents.
