Buchko V. Psychological Factors of Solving Property and Non-property Disputes by Economic Courts of Ukraine

This dissertation is devoted to researching the psychological factors of solving property and non-property disputes by Economic Courts of Ukraine. The most influential psychological factors are determined and classified using expert questioning and factor analysis. The classification includes four groups of factors: cognitive, emotional, motivational and alternative methods of solving property and non-property disputes. Theoretical and experimental research of psychological factors confirms the possibility of their correction on a statistically meaningful scale, which considerably will influences a constructive method of solving conflicts. In addition, this dissertation improves the expedience of mediation and negotiation applications as alternative methods of solving property and non-property disputes in an economic process. For this purpose it is necessary to bring proper changes in the current legislation of Ukraine.
