Essay

In the centre of the work - the idea about insufficient adequacy of traditional analysis of irrational phenomenon in its dialectical contrasting to rational. The necessity of distinction of two forms of the irrational: before-rational and super-rational - is showed. It is grounded, that integrity of any phenomenon can be realized only in unity of its before-rational, rational and super-rational lines. The proper lines of organizational culture are defined in: personality descriptions of staff; co-operations of employees; symbols, myths, legends. The proper mechanisms of management of organizational culture development are specified. Features of before-rational, rational and super-rational in management functions are selected. Principles of using of the irrational in a modern organization management are formulated.
