Essay

The thesis is devoted to study of epizootic situation in Ukraine concerning high-pathogenic avian influenza, that is caused by A virus H5 and H7 subtypes. It was analyzed different kits and determined of their adaptability and the rank in influenza disease diagnostics as well as diagnostic facilities elaboration for this disease in case H7 subtype infection. It was determined epizootic situation in Ukraine and all over the world concerning high-pathogenic avian influenza, which is caused by H5 and H7 subtypes. It was studied contagion in different continents, etiologic structure, and characteristic of its occurrence. It was determined a pathotype of epizootic isolates, which circulate among birds population in poultry farms of Ukraine and abroad. It was analyzed different diagnostic kits for detection and identification of agent. It was studied the HA-gene conservative loci, that made possible to determine European and American genotypes presence and to designed the primers for each of them. The developed methods and diagnostic kit for detection and typing of agent. It was developed a positive sample of HA-gene from avian influenza virus A subtype H7 that bases on recombinant DNA. It was carried out the genetic analysis of viruses A subtype H7. It was expounded the methods of RNA detection for high-pathogenic avian influenza virus A subtype H7 both genotypes (European and American) and their differentiation by PCR.
