Bezmennikova V. The substantiation of new antioxidant preparations application for apricot fruits storage

The dissertation is devoted to working out technology elements of apricot fruits treatment by method of their spraying on tree by antioxidant composition AOK -M which is carried out by the aerosol generator of adjustable dispersion (GAАD). The influence of different treatment methods, concentration of operating substance (distinol) and mixtures polyetylenglicols (PEGs) in structure antioxidants compositions AOK-M on commodity quality changes, a natural weight loss, respiration intensity, the contents of nutritious and biologically active substances in fruits at storage is studied. Тhe optimum treatment method is established. The effective concentration range and concentration polyetylenglicols in structure antioxidant compositions AOK-M it is proved. Introduction of offered technology elements in manufacture was carried out, the data about economic efficiency is cited.
