Object – surgical pathology in newborns with surgical pathology of the intestine; purpose - improving the treatment of newborns with surgical pathology of the intestine through the development of risk prediction of postoperative complications related to intraoperative prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of the background pathology; methods - clinical, laboratory, radiation, hardware and tools, histological, statistical; the results - first proposed scale prediction of complicated postoperative course in newborns, which allowed to develop an algorithm of preoperative preparation and postoperative treatment of newborns with surgical pathology of the intestine, the first time for the early diagnosis and monitoring of pathological changes vegetohomeostasis proposed cardiointrevalography; in the first experiment explored use to enhance intestinal anastomosis of synthetic hemostatic material of regenerated oxidized cellulose “Serdzhisel”; first proposed method of preventing hypothermia and drying of the intestine during operations on the abdominal organs in newborns with surgical pathology of the intestine by continuous intraoperative peritoneal lavage, first proposed a comprehensive approach to treatment of newborn with surgical pathology of the intestinal tube with a light background states and points on a scale prediction; branch – medicine.
