Gumenyuk I. Features of clinical motion, diagnostics and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at concomitant pathology of spine

Object of research - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Aim - to explore peculiarities of the course, to improve diagnosis and suggest tactics for COPD patients with concomitant spine pathology. Methods: objective (examination, case history), functional (spirography, expired air temperature measurement, oxygen saturation), radiographic, magnetic resonance and spiral computed tomography of neck-thoracic spine, somatography, statistics. Results - there were discovered the peculiarities of clinical course, diagnostics and treatment of COPD associated with spinal pathology. There were found that complex therapy of COPD associated with spine pathology, which includes vertebrotherapeutical correction, improves lung function such as VC, MEF75%, MEF50%, MEF25%; and indirect indices of microcirculation, such as expired air temperature, oxygen saturation.
