Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problem of future hotel-tourist industry manager's communicative skills formation in professional training. Basic conditions of future manager's communicative skills formation, which are the methodology-theoretical basis of the research, are analyzed in the thesis. A list of manager's basic communicative skills is determined and pedagogical diagnostics of student's level of their formation is made. A communicative skills development training (CSDT) is worked out and experimentally approved. It is determined that hotel-tourist manager model is built up as gender identity variant and contains a complex of personal and professional qualities, namely personal psychological qualities, which determine professional activity production.
