Maynych J. Optimization of medicinal provision of children with infectious diseases

Object - system and process medicinal provision specialized care in common infectious diseases in children, information about children's medicines; purpose - аnalysis and optimization of pharmaceutical care and specialized, including medical support, children with infectious diseases, with the explanation of structure standard information about children's medicines in the implementation form for children in Ukraine; methods - systematic, marketing, ABC-, VEN analysis, information, expert evaluations, pharmacoeconomical analysis of the "cost-effectiveness" and "minimizing-cost"; the novelty - of the structure of standard providing information on medicines for children in introducing formulary, prepared in part monograph, the method of information analysis of medical guidelines for the use of medicines used in children, and prepared an information list, the metodic of pharmacoeconomical analysis by methods "cost-effectiveness", "cost-minimization" of antibiotics, of probiotics in infectious diseases in children, have received further pharmaceutical development organization to help children with substantiated medicines list for a safe drug to ensure children in specialized and network pharmacies, set extemporaneous dosage forms in the absence of their counterparts in industrial manufacturing; results - proved list of extemporaneous dosage forms in the absence of their counterparts in industrial production that need saving pharmaceutical manufacturing, systematized, evidence-based medicine information on medicines for children, the list of drugs with optimalcost-effectiveness ratio for treatment of infectious diseases is proposed methods of information provision on medicines for children in the implementation of local formulary in children's medical institutions; implemented in practice of the Pharmacological center of Ukraine, pharmacy associations, specialized pharmacy four regions of Ukraine, regional Clinical infectious hospital, educational process of five higher medical institutions, area - pharmacy.
