Nadein I. Creation culture activities of the political elite in Ukraine: historical tradition and current status.

The thesis examines the culture of Ukraine's political elite. Theoretical and methodological bases of research approaches and concepts for understanding of the phenomenon of the political elite. The conditions and ways of forming the culture of the political elite from Kievan Rus to the present. The historical conditions of formation of modern political elite of our country in historical perspective. Analyzes the meaning and functionality of the culture activities of the Ukrainian Soviet nomenclature, which called contemporary political elite of Ukraine. Outlines the tendencies of the new cultural policy in independent Ukraine. Features and basic models of modern Ukrainian political elite in transforming society from a totalitarian to a democratic through accelerated modernization. In the dissertation the question of transformation of the Ukrainian political elite, the cultural politics of the modern Ukrainian state, which established the model of universal culture, whose main features were the availability and ease of perception.
