Okhrimchuk O. Forming of Integrity of Ukraine Cultural Space as a Priority of Public Humanitarian Policy

The created conception leans against understanding of country cultural space as an influential on its territory system of senses, incarnated in activity of population and in its products. Author distinguishes three types of integrity of country cultural space: static, genetic, dynamic. The mechanism of cultural space self-regulation (the kernel of which is made by co-operation of values and norms) is created, an intermediary role of senses is carried out - and co-operation of this triad of resulting in the choice of subsequent purpose of country development which is incarnated in the state humanitarian policy. On the basis of the created mechanism, and also selected obstacles of providing integrity, principles of state humanitarian policy in matters of cultural space integrity providing are formulated. They must be based on humanistic principle and oriented on maximal degree of general national aims maintenance by the population.
