Essay

The materials on occurrence and current of gastrointestinal diseases of newborn calves from RID-negative and RID-positive on leucos cows in unsuccessful farms on leucos of large horned cattle are given. The activators of gastrointestinal infections of newborn calves (patogenetic E.coli, Salmonella are selected, rota- and coronavirus) and the frequency of their quantitative parity is investigated at the associated current of rota- and coliinfection and rota- and coronavirus infection, which are established in 52 % of cases. Is established, that the serological status of the cows on leucos does not influence frequency of display associated (rota-coliinfection) of a gastrointestinal infection at calves (factor of correlation r=0,11), that the interoak by disease of calves, which were born from RID-negative and RID-positive on leucos cows testifies to absence of a difference. At the sick calves at the associated current of rotavirus infection and coliinfection is proved: downturn of activity of cell and humoral factors of protection of organism and functional changes in immune system. The calves which were born from RID-positive on leucos cows at monoinfections (rotavirus and coliinfection) and their associated current had lower immunobiological reactivity compared with posterity from RID-negative on leucos cows. Application to newborn calves of a preparation "Combyferon" in a doze on 1 mln EA on one animal two times per day intermusculary during 5 days was more effective at associative current of rota- coliinfection at calves, which were borned both from RID-negative, and from RID-positive on leucos cows, than application of traditional base treatment in pilot farms, that promotes fast recovery, facilitates current of infectious illness, positively influences on cell and humoral factors of protection of organism and their immune homeostasis.
